Mayad Engineering Consulting Company provides a service to rectify the status of existing buildings in accordance with the regulations and bylaws approved by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This service aims to support owners in regularizing the status of their irregular buildings in line with safety requirements, licensing conditions, and applicable regulatory updates.
What We Offer?
Studying the Existing Building Condition:
We conduct a field visit to assess the existing building and analyze its technical and regulatory condition to determine its compliance with architectural and construction regulations and requirements.
Preparing the Required Engineering Drawings:
Architectural and construction drawings and other technical attachments are prepared or updated to reflect the reality, using the latest approved engineering tools.
Analysis of Violations and Proposals for Remedies:
In the event of regulatory or construction violations, we study available solutions to rectify the situation in accordance with the Building Conditions Rectification Regulations, taking into account safety, cost, and effectiveness factors.
Submitting the request to the relevant authorities:
The company will upload all documents and plans via the municipality’s platform or the electronic “Balady” platform, and will follow up on the request until a final decision is issued approving the correction.
Technical and legal support:
We provide technical guidance on procedures, requirements, and documents, in addition to coordinating with relevant authorities, such as the municipality, the electricity company, and civil defense, if necessary.
